Chief justice Lance Finch gave a speech to the Canadian Bar Association on November 20 in Scottsdale, Arizona. There is a link to the speech in a article by Charlie Smith, November 27, 2010 Straight.com

I find it absolutely incredible how out of touch this judge is with the public's disgust with the legal and judicial profession in Canada. If the judge gave this same speech to the public and allowed questions after it would be clear why other jurisdictions have created regulatory bodies independent of the legal profession.

There is no accountability for lawyers or judges in Canada. This judge thinks the public dissatisfaction with the legal profession has something to do with there being not enough lawyers.

His profession is next. Change the political process of appointing judges. This talk of electing judges will not work. Have a look at the voter turn out, Canadians no longer vote for corrupt political parties, there is no one to vote for. They are all the same. What self-respecting person would run for political office in Canada?

The best legal minds are working where the money is, organised crime. These legal minds should be the judges, instead of the lawyers who could not make a decent living working for the law firms owned by the best legal minds in Canada.

R v John Kelly - Rubber Stamp Justice?

Who is in charge of justice in Alberta? Calgary City Police officers and corrupt Crown prosecutors? Who swore the information resulting in the defamatory libel charges against John Kelly and how many times has this person perjured themselves in the past? Rubber stamp justice.

It looks like the Crown has received some advice from someone with some legal training as Mr Kelly has been informed that the charges are going to be withdrawn and replaced with charges that have nothing to do with defamatory libel. Is the same person going to sign the new information and be guilty of swearing falsely again? Will the Crown have to go on another fishing trip to the City of Lethbridge?

This has cleared up the reason for the gag order and the slander directed at John Kelly. Its about the missing money and a corrupt Calgary Police Service that Mr Kelly has been posting about. This is a case of shut Mr Kelly up.

If the Crown proceeded with the defamatory libel charges the information on Mr Kelly's websites would have been an issue at trial. The trial could have exposed who the thieves are. Could it be that the Calgary Police know who stole the money and have screwed up the investigation and a murder investigation. The R v John Kelly case is another screw-up and someone needs to stop these justice idiots from continuing with their unlawful persecution of John Kelly.

I am assuming that a judge heard the Crown say they were going to withdraw the defamatory libel charges and replace the charges with some other charges where the stolen money and police officer corruption exposed by Mr Kelly on his web sites would not be an issue. I think this judge has placed the administration of justice into disrepute in the eyes of the public. I forgot, the court has gagged the press and Mr Kelly so the public has no way of knowing what the court, police and Crown is doing. I wonder why?

The Alberta Justice.ca, R v. John Kelly, Defame or Embarrass page has some interesting reading about the past history and the ongoing R v. Kelly case in Calgary.

The first article is about Kerry Thomas Diotte and police commission chairman Martin Ignasiak who were both targeted by the Edmonton Police Service after Mr Diotte wrote newspaper columns that were critical of policing in Edmonton. Mr Diotte was elected as a Edmonton City Councillor on October 18, 1010.

A special prosecutor in Edmonton was appointed by Alberta Justice in the Calgary case of R v. John Kelly who has been critical of policing in Calgary. Both cases are abuse of process. A similar Saskatoon case the judge kept asking the Crown, "are you really going to proceed with this case?" This special prosecutor and Mr Diotte should have a meeting and save some embarrassment for the Calgary Police Service by withdrawing the charges against John Kelly.

Talk about defamatory libel. The Rural Crime Watch website is not judge and jury. I have read John Kelly's website. Most people will only bother to read the above Rural Crime Watch headline. The Rural Crime Watch website published five counts that Mr John Kelly was charged with. The names of the police officers were changed to (named sworn member).
The Rural Crime Watch website is saying that the RCMP investigation commenced in March, 2010 and "has centered around a male individual who is alleged to have created and operated a website which makes false statements against two Calgary Police Service members."
I do not know when Mr Kelly created his website. I do know it was before March, 2010. A quick look at Mr. Kelly's website I found a post dated March 20th, 2009. The dates on the charges are, "Between the 1st day of November, A.D. 2009".
What John Kelly has had to say on his website before the 1st day of November, A.D. 2009 about the Calgary Police Service , The Calgary Soccer Federation - The Bowness Community Association - The Rosscarrock Community Association must be true as the charges have nothing to do with that information or the named people on his website that he says are involved. If it is true then I can see why people would want to shutdown his website.
The charges are: "did publish defamatory libel, knowing that it was false, by setting up an Internet website" and "did publish a defamatory libel, by setting up an Internet website".
The police officers names have been published on what must be the official Alberta Crown information website, Rural Crime Watch Association. It looks more like a propaganda site but as far as I know it is the only way of getting any information from the Crown about this case. The officers are Detective Reid MERCER and Detective Spencer FRIZZELL.

The Acer Aspire AM5910 computer advertised at Staples was hard to ignore. When I set up the computer at home it would not boot-up. I used another computer and discovered on the internet that Acer may as well not have a support site. It was useless. I did discover on the net the lack of quality control at Acer.

I have helped children under 10 assemble their own computers and this computer was most likely assembled by a child. Children have trouble tightening the screws, pushing the cards into the slots and have to be reminded to plug in the power cords etc.

I searched Google for Acer child labour. Shocking results. The problem of child labour is not limited to computers.

Buying made in Canada or made in the USA is very difficult, not much made here in Canada any longer. About fifteen years ago people were moving to Alberta as there was no future for their children here in Saskatchewan. Millions of people in the USA are unemployed. There are no jobs, no future for their children and they have no place to go.

I am going to read the labels and buy made in the USA before buying made in Canada. I will no longer buy made in China. We need to stop shipping raw resources and restart the manufacturing in Canada now when the economy is still doing better then the rest of the world. The USA is and has been our best customer. If the economy in the USA does not get going again our grandchildren are not going to have a future, a job or a place to go.

I can remember when computers were made and assembled in the USA and Canada. Those computers cost a little more but the lower prices we pay today I do not think are just a result of cheaper overseas manufacturing costs. Computers are like ass holes, everyone has at least one. Demand has lowered the cost. Child labour does not lower the cost, it increases the profit.

R v John Kelly - What's up with the John Kelly case in Calgary?

Reading the news reports one would get the impression that the John Kelly case has been before the courts with a finding of guilt. Inflammatory headlines of his guilt and he has only just been charged.

The information has been posted at www.albertajustice.ca/. Mr Kelly has been charged with five counts under the criminal code. For some reason the name(s) of the police officer(s) has been removed and replaced with (named sworn member). The Calgary police and the RCMP have no problem publishing Mr Kelly's name. I would think that this case may end up being a great embarrassment for the Calgary Police Service. I would like to see the names. Lots of time for embarrassment later.

I have notice that none of the news articles include Mr Kelly's website address and not one word about the missing money. Is Mr Kelly the only one concerned about this? A letter dated March 19, 2004 posted at http://www.minorsoccer.com/BuchananBarryMar19-04.pdf and http://www.minorsoccer.com/BuchananBarryAug31-04.pdf detail serious problems.

Mr Kelly is also saying that there is $421,080.00 missing from a ATM at the soccer centre. If this is true then why would Mr Kelly be having a problem with a police service investigating?

"What makes Kelly's site libellous, said McGinnis, are the false allegations made against two city homicide investigators."

A special prosecutor has been appointed and has been working with the RCMP investigators, who are handling the case so that it is kept at arm's length from the Calgary Police Service, officials said."

Kevin Brookwell, a spokesman for the Calgary Police Service, said people have a right to state their opinions about police, but there are limits to what they can say.

"You can't hide in cyberspace and make comments or allegations when they cross that line where they are starting to interfere with criminal investigations," Brookwell said.
"He had to be held accountable. That is where the line in the sand was drawn and that is where these charges are resulting from."

So the charges have nothing to do with Mr Kelly's former complaints about missing money or the RCMP and Calgary Police officers involved with the investigation or lack of a investigation, or the RCMP and Calgary Police Officers involved with the Calgary soccer centre or The Calgary Soccer Federation - The Bowness Community Association - The Rosscarrock Community Association.

As stated above the charges are because Mr Kelly started interfering with a ongoing criminal investigation. The information:

Between the 1st day of June, A.D. 2008 and the 18th day of February, A.D. 2010, at or near Calgary, in the Province of Alberta, did willfully obstruct (named sworn member), a peace officer for the City of Calgary Police Service, in the execution of his duty, by interfering with potential witnesses, contrary to Section 129(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
If I am reading this right Mr Kelly was wilfully obstructing a Calgary police officer for a full twenty-one (21) months before he was charged.

The other counts are publishing defamatory libel and are dated the same. Between the 1st day of November, A.D. 2009 and the 4th day of September, A.D. 2010.

The other counts the wording is similar, count 1 and 2. "did publish defamatory libel" Section 300 of the Criminal Code of Canada.

Count 3 and 4: "did publish a defamatory libel" Section 301 of the Criminal Code of Canada

I have no idea why the names of the two city homicide investigators are not being published. Are they undercover? I am assuming that nothing else on Mr Kelly's site is under investigation apart from what he has said about these two homicide investigators.

Why not request that the names of these officers on the website be changed to (named sworn member). I am interested in reading what Mr Kelly has to say about the missing money and the cover-up.

A special prosecutor has been appointed. Who appointed this special prosecutor? Why is a special prosecutor needed? Is the specialty cover-up? Is a special judge going to be appointed?

There are going to be a lot more questions asked about this case.

I have read some of the material Mr Kelly has published on his web site and for the life of me I cannot see how, or why anyone could claim that he has committed a criminal offence. There are hundreds of similar web sites in Canada documenting our corrupt administration of justice. Mr Kelly’s site is well organized, easy to read and he offers to supply documents in support of what he is saying.

If what Mr Kelly is saying is true, there is nothing he can do about it in Canada. His only recourse is doing what he is doing.

The fact that he has been charged should be ringing alarm bells. Being charged under a section of the Criminal Code ruled unconstitutional should be automatic grounds for a Crown abuse of process hearing. Someone needs to stop these idiots.

There is a rotten stink in Saskatoon coming from the south west. Many people in Saskatchewan will remember this stink. The smell is similar to the smell that was coming from the Saskatoon Police Service for over four years and continued on at the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada for another 15 years.

In the late eighties a small group of religious nut cases in Saskatoon created a sick story of sex with children. Three Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder children were in a special foster home for child victims of ritual abuse in Saskatoon. Their parents and a war hero were jailed in Saskatchewan’s first ritual satanic child abuse case. Gag and seal was the order of the day in Saskatchewan courts. People who tried to help the children were arrested and charged with criminal offences. This was the only way that the administration of justice could keep the public from finding out what was happening in the courts and the foster home.

The rule of law became, rule by law. The abuse of process could have ended as quickly as it started if someone within Saskatchewan Justice or the Supreme Court of Canada did what they get paid to do. Protect the public and the children.

The rotten stink will never go away in Saskatoon. You can smell it when walking past Justice Paul Hrabinsky’s Court of Queens Bench and Brian Dueck’s Saskatoon Police Service.

The rotten stink is coming from Calgary, Alberta this time.

John Kelly from Calgary has a web site that reminds me of injusticebusters.com. The RCMP have charged Mr Kelly under the criminal code with libel and defamation. This reminds me of R v Lucas in Saskatoon.

The RCMP are saying that the charges are very rare. That’s true. The past cases that I know of involved corrupt cops and justice officials using the criminal code to protect corrupt judges, lawyers and cops.

The police will talk up how rare the charges are in a attempt to deceive the public into believing that the charges are very serious and not a run of the mill civil case. What Mr Kelly has been saying he has been saying for years. Why were civil proceedings not commenced years ago?

Civil proceeding are public. Criminal proceedings are controlled by the police and the Crown. The abuse of power has been well documented in past cases in Saskatoon. Add a few corrupt cops, lawyers and judges and you end up with a corrupt police service and administration of justice. The Crown will delay, withhold documents and do everything within its power to increase the defendants legal costs.

Some people are saying that this will be a good thing. The case could end up in the Supreme Court and these unjust laws will be removed from the criminal code. The Supreme Court of Canada is not interested in protecting the public from corrupt officers of the court. Look at the past cases, the court is only interested in protecting the publics image of the court. The result is a public that hold its nose when walking past a police station or court house.

It will not be the Supreme Court of Canada that ends the persecution of innocent people by corrupt court proceeding in Canada. This will only end when honest cops, lawyers and judges know they will have the support of the general public when they speak out about the corruption within our rotting administration of justice. End the silence.

The Foster Care Council of Canada Message Board

A Government is trying to say that kids in and/or from foster care are so concerned about their privacy that they would not want to give their addresses to a class action lawyer who would fight for them in court for abuse or damages suffered while in foster care.

The Government appears to be hiding behind "confidentiality laws" and we need as many former foster kids to say that if they had the chance they would give their address and personal contact information to a class action lawyer no problem and that they would easily waive their "right to confidentiality".

Anyone interested in helping this Alberta Lawyer Robert P. Lee who has been trying to fight for legal action on behalf of foster kids in a class action for over 400 foster kids etc. can e-mail me and tell me if you would be willing to swear an affidavit to that effect to support our brothers and sisters in their possible claim against the government.

I am not very enthused about it this year. This new year was different. It was not just because of four more brave Canadians being killed that was such a downer. Canadians were told that four soldiers had been killed before their families were notified. The news reports were asking about the long delay in notifying the families. I do not understand why the friends, families and loved ones were subjected to this living hell of not knowing.

KVELLO V. MIAZGA - Are the judges scamming the judges?

“Several judges at both the trial and appellate levels in the criminal proceedings accepted and relied upon the same allegations by the children in convicting their biological parents.”

I think that Canadians believe that the judges of the Supreme Court are very intelligent people. I also think that most Canadians who knew the facts of these cases would be questioning the wisdom of these seven judges after reading the above stupidity and the other lies about the children’s parents and Donald White.

Could it be that two of the seven judges are doing the lying and the other five judges are just nodding their heads in agreement. Keep in mind that the Ross, Ross & White case was sealed in Saskatchewan.

When a previous related case (R v Johanna Lucas) involving Saskatoon Police officer Brian Dueck was heard by some of these same judges they bragged about not reading the documents and praised Mr Dueck. Brian Dueck was the police officer that left the children, two 8 year old twin girls to be raped and tortured with a knife by their brother in the Thompson foster home. This evidence of sexual abuse was then documented as ritual abuse by medical doctors and Brian Duck charged 16 innocent people with ritual sex abuse of the children.

Johanna Lucas was attempting to get some help for the children. Brian Dueck with the help of Justice Hrabinsly jailed her to shut her up. I can understand why these Supreme Court judges would not want the public to hear about their travesty of justice when they jailed her. Fact is that anyone who bothered to read the documents as Johanna Lucas did knew what was happening to the twin girls in the foster home. This explains why the judges bragged about not reading the documents.

The judges are relying on the fact that no one would believe that a Canadian judge could convict three innocent people of the incredible ritual sex abuse evidence presented to Justice Batten. When the Thompson papers disclosed the sex abuse of the twin girls in their foster home during the Ross, Ross & White trial the R,. R. & Witchcraft trial continued. The girls were left to be raped and tortured for over four years. The court was out to save the children of Saskatoon from being barbecued and eaten in a satanic ritual.

Justice William Vancise was one of the three judges who heard the Ross, Ross, & White Appeal.

The judges are lying to us in both written judgments, the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. The only sexual abuse that is documented and true happened to the children in the Thompson foster home during and after the Ross, Ross & White case.

Both courts are attempting to rewrite history with respect to the Ross, Ross & White case. The judges are claiming that Helen Ross and Donald White sexually abused the children. The media is reporting and supporting these lies.

What sexual abuse are the judges talking about? We know that the defendants in the Klassen/Kvello case were not guilty. We know that Richards Klassen’s father was not guilty. He only pleaded guilty so the Crown would stay the case against the rest of his family and the other defendants.

That leaves the Ross, Ross & White case. By the time the preliminary hearing started most people had the time to realize that there was no satanic cult abusing children in Saskatoon and area. There were no dead babies being found and no reports of missing babies. Matthew Miazga knew by this time that he had been duped and was looking for a way out.

On November 28, 1991, during the Ross, Ross & White Preliminary Hearing Mr Miazga attempted to end the proceedings. Volume 1, page 715 of the Preliminary Hearing transcript is here. (link to main web site pdf file)

That was the last time that Mr Miazga had any control over the Ross, Ross & White case and the Klassen/Kvello case. It was also the last hope for people concerned about getting medical help for the Ross children who were in the Thompson foster home.

The cases along with the Ross children were now in the hands of religious nutcase social workers, police officers, lawyers and judges. The same “children do not lie” idiots who changed the laws and allowed cases to proceed without any evidence. Rule of law in Saskatchewan became, rule by idiots. In Saskatchewan they were the religious elite out to save the world’s children from being barbecued in a satanic ritual. Crazy people in charge of justice. They are still in charge. They will do anything, including gagging and sealing the Ross, Ross & White case and lying to the Canadian public about Helen Ross and Donald George White.

Are the judges lying about the children being sexually abused by Helen Ross and Donald George White because two Saskatchewan Court of Appeal Judges took 17 months to write up a sick story, page after page of sex with children that they knew could not, and did not happen. The Ross, Ross & White case needs to be unsealed.

Clearly, the now sitting judges believe that anyone acquitted or who had a new trial ordered in their court, or a higher court in the past can have the acquittal or order overturned by simply telling lies about these people in their written judgments. How many of the seven judges heard the earlier cases. Are any of them on record for protecting the reputation of a sick Saskatoon Police Officer found guilty of malice. How about for bragging about not reading the material only to find out in later cases they had been lied to by officers of the court.

Helen Ross and Donald White did not sexually abuse the children and this is supported by the court documents. Judges lying about them is disgusting and places the court into disrepute in the eyes of the public. Judges knowingly lying about a Canadian veteran and war hero does not just place the court into disrepute. The court is the highest authority in the country for the protection of our freedom. These judges do not understand what every child in Canada knows. Who put their lives on the line for our freedom? The Chief justice of the Supreme Court of Canada needs to resign. If she doesn’t the parliament of Canada has a duty to remove her. She is not the highest authority in Canada. She is a disgrace and embarrassment.

The “boyfriend” has a name. His name was Donald George White. A proud second world war veteran who displayed his medals on his living room wall.

I have been looking for some of the credible evidence that the judges of the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal and seven judges of the Supreme Court of Canada claim exists. There is none and the judges know this.

Is this the credible evidence the editorial is speaking about?

"The kids said they were cut with knives, forced to take part in sex acts with as many as 40 adults, with dogs and flying bats. They were regularly made to eat a mixture of "poop" and raw fish shaped like Easter bunnies. Once, between sessions of eating eyeballs, their parents forced them to watch the neighbours' baby being skinned, buried, dug up, then roasted and eaten.

One of the traumatized youngsters admitted in a Saskatchewan court that the neighbours at first were very angry when their baby was eaten, but later decided to forget all about it.

But the Saskatoon police didn't forget.

Despite the fact that police found no bodies (they didn't look) and received no reports of missing infants, some 40 men, women and children (almost anyone who had contact with the three children) were investigated.

Eventually more than 16 people were charged with more than 60 counts of sexually abusing the children. The Crown was later forced to abandon the case against 12 of them for lack of evidence, while four were convicted and sentenced to jail terms of three to six years. Three of the four are out on bail while appealing their sentences to the Supreme Court of Canada."

Donald White was one of the three.

“’Critics say the reputation of the Department of Justice will be difficult to restore -- particularly when people are convicted in secret. In the foster-child cases, core evidence was delivered in virtual secret since the courts, to protect the young complainants, cleared the public from the courtroom during their testimony. After three of the four convictions, one judge ordered all transcripts of the case forever sealed from public scrutiny.”

Donald White was convicted in this court.

“The foster-children's case involves a supplementary issue. Saskatoon resident John Lucas, who complained about police tactics in the matter, has just been jailed for defamatory libel; his wife Johanna has been found guilty of the same offense and is appealing. (Three others were also charged with libel.)

Critics say something is amiss, terribly amiss, in the administration of justice in Saskatchewan when people such as Mr. Lucas are jailed for expressing their opinion.”

Johanna Lucas did not complain about “police tactics”. She demanded that someone do something to help all three Ross children in the Thompson foster home. She was jailed to shut her up and no one from the news media did anything to help her. The Ross twins settled their claim against the Government of Saskatchewan and others in July 2006 for $560,000. Johanna Lucas was jailed and the twins brother was allowed to continue to rape his sisters in the Thompson foster home for over four years.

“In the Court of Appeal ruling, a dissenting view was given by a third judge, Mr. Justice William Vancise, who said the convictions were unreasonable and must be quashed. He called the allegations "bizarre" tales that "strained the bounds of credibility" and he found "serious doubt" as to the guilt of the accused.
Moreover the trio did not have a trial in which "the legal rules have been observed." He said the youngsters appeared to be abused all right -- but not necessarily by those sentenced to penitentiary time.”

The above was printed in the Globe and Mail. The only thing that changed over the years is that seven judges of the Supreme Court of Canada lied in their written judgement. Same thing in the written judgment of the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal. The editor knows that there was no credible evidence. The editor knows that Donald White was acquitted.

The above is not only not true, it is an example of credulity of the worst kind. The boy friend can not protect himself from these slanderous statements from the editor, judges of the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal or the Supreme Court. He was acquitted. Where is the credible evidence? The boy friend was a proud war veteran who fought oversees so the editor could go to school and learn about a newspaper editors duty to protect the truth and freedom of the press.

The case was labeled by the media as the “Scandal of the Century”.

Saskatoon Police Officer, Brian Dueck, is dictating the evidence. What you will hear is all the more incredible when one realises that the social workers, police officers, judges (Ross, Ross & White) prosecutors, doctors, editors and thousands of Saskatoon citizens believed every word.

The Supreme Court and the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal judges are falsely claiming that there was evidence that the children’s parents were guilty. This is being done to keep the public from finding out that the Saskatchewan courts and Saskatchewan Justice were in the control of a pack of religious nut cases.

Dueck is dictating the charges against all the defendants on the tape, including some of the children of the defendants. There was no evidence, the same as the Richard Klassen case.

With no more court cases people can write their books and start making the movies.

Most of the comments on the news articles posted on the internet are very positive, well written and encouraging. One would assume that they are being posted by lawyers. Its about time. Where have you been for all those years?

Saskatoon will be famous as being the home of the stupidest pack of judicial fools in Canadian history. All those documents and tapes that they withheld can now be published.

The hardest part of making a move will be choosing actors for the part of a Saskatoon judge and two Saskatchewan Court of Appeal judges. No one will find what they did funny, the reason why they did it would call for Larry, Moe and Curly.

“M negotiated a plea bargain with one of the three accused (who is not a respondent in this case).”

The judges have deliberately attempted to deceive the Canadian public. The judges are implying that Matthew Miazga negotiated a plea bargain with one of the children’s parents or the boyfriend. There was no order for a new trial for the boyfriend so it had to be one of the children’s parents. That is not true and all seven of the judges know this is false. If the person “is not a respondent in this case” then they are implying that it was one of the three accused, one of the parents or the boyfriend.

Richard Klassen’s father was scammed into pleading guilty in return for the Crown staying proceedings against respondents in this case. He was not a party to this case. The children recanted their allegations against him.

Its incredible that it took the children recanting years after before the people of Saskatchewan accepted that there was no truth to the crowns evidence of satanic ritual child abuse. No dead babies, no barbecued babies and the children’s parents and a Saskatchewan war hero were not guilty. The case was gagged and sealed years ago along with the gross misconduct of the Crown and Saskatchewan judges.

What is disturbing about this is that the court without any evidence is implying that one of the children’s parents was guilty. This pattern of deception has been a part of all the satanic child abuse cases and related cases in Saskatchewan. The pattern and deception was the same in the judgement of the Saskatchewan court of appeal. They found the children’s mother was guilty of sexually abusing her children. They did this years after the Supreme Court of Canada overturned the convictions. That was a lie, and everyone involved knew it was a lie.

When two appellant courts conspire openly to deceive the public with no fear of being held accountable as they have done with this case then all the judgments of the court are suspected as being frauds. There is not one of the seven judges who has any credibility.

KVELLO V. MIAZGA

Charges were subsequently laid and M, a provincial Crown attorney, prosecuted the case against the parents and the mother’s boyfriend. All three were convicted, and the convictions were upheld by the Court of Appeal. The Supreme Court of Canada overturned the convictions, but concluded that the evidence of the children was sufficient to order new trials against the parents. Meanwhile, taking under advisement the trial judge’s comments urging that the children not be made to endure another criminal proceeding, M negotiated a plea bargain with one of the accused (who is not a respondent in this case). The charges against the respondents were stayed. Some years later, all three children recanted their allegations against the respondents. The respondents commenced a civil suit for malicious prosecution against a number of individuals involved in the proceedings against them, including M.”

It is just incredible that it took this long for the court to reach a decision. The court does not have a history of the judges agreeing on anything. If they were all in agreement then what took so long? Was it because they could not agree on what lies to include? What they have done is pick out the best lies over the years and included them in the judgement and ignored the facts. Anyone who has followed the case involving the children’s parents know that the above paragraph is not just another case of spin doctoring, it is out right lies from the judges of the supreme court.

It was common knowledge in Saskatoon that the court was going to keep names out of the written judgement. Why do that? Everyone knows that M is Matthew Miazga.

Most people could and would understand that the administration of justice would be placed into serious disrepute and embarrassment if the people of Canada were told what happened in the children’s parents case. The truth was gagged and sealed by Saskatchewan justice years ago leaving the lies over the years from the government of Saskatchewan, Saskatchewan Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. What happened to the children would sicken and disgust most Canadians.

The children stated that no one sexually abused them. This fact is well documented.
The children did not make allegations of sexual assault. This was done by Saskatoon Police Officer, Brian Dueck. Religious extremists within Saskatchewan social services, Saskatoon Police Service and Saskatchewan Justice were at the time engaged in a desperate search for child victims of Ritual Child Abuse. Crazy people in charge of three seriously dysfunctional Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) children. A boy 10 years old with a history of sexually abusing his twin sisters who were 8 years old.

How were the children helped in Saskatoon. They were all moved into a special foster home where the boy was knowingly allowed to rape and torture his sisters for over four years. Saskatoon is a sick city. It was not just the children who needed medical help.

The court would have us believe that it was the children that started telling the lies that were being reported around the world and in the StarPhoenix about eating babies and the rest of the stupidity about ritual child abuse. The court is blaming three seriously dysfunctional Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder children for the ritual child abuse hysteria in the western world in the 1980‘s. Blaming the children for what happened in Saskatoon’s court rooms is the work of the same crazy people who found the children’s parents guilty. The best legal minds in Saskatchewan at the time were responsible for finding the parents guilty.

It could have all ended at the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal if not for two religious nut-case judges.

The decision from the Supreme Court of Canada is as unbelievable as were the first charges against the Ross children’s parents. I can understand that some of the new judges may not have the past history of the case and all the related cases that have been heard by the Supreme Court over the years. After reading the first paragraph of the decision it looks like these judges are lying. The Chief Justice knows the information is not true. The court is taking advantage of Canadians lack of knowledge of the case. The Canadian media knows the truth and cannot continue to stay silent now that no one can say, “no comment as it‘s before the courts“.

If you are a RCMP officer, or Brian Dueck, a former disgraced Saskatoon police officer the court will allow you to knowingly lie under oath in a court of law. We are now going to allow the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada to knowingly lie to Canadians. Are hockey players the only ones not allowed to lie in a Canadian Court room?

The decision is a mockery of justice. The decision has nothing to do with any of the people involved except the Ross children. There is no justice for anyone when the court manipulates the evidence to protect itself from embarrassment. Keep the public from finding out the truth about what happened to the Ross children in Saskatchewan. What the courts and administration of justice did to these children is sick and perverted along with the people responsible. Miazga is not, and never was one of them.

Matthew Miazga was a victim just like the Ross children, Johanna Lucas, Richard Klassen and his family, Dennis Kvello and his family, Donald Leo Ross, Helen Susan Ross and Donald George White.

Who picked Robert Lang, Chief Justice of the Court of Queen’s Bench as the chambers judge in Holgate v. Kari Klassen. Was it Don McKillop, Crown Counsel Civil Law Division, Saskatchewan Justice?

The word is that the Holgate v Kari Klassen matter has been adjourned at the request of Kari Klassen and consented to by Holgate. I did not read anything in Kari Klassen’s letter asking for a adjournment. The motion has not been adjourned, it will have to be reheard by a different judge. Who is going to pick the new judge, Robert Lang?

Kari Klassen clearly asked Robert Lang to step down, after he heard the motion and reserved judgement. Robert Lang has a obligation, a duty to withdrawn from hearing the matter when he has a conflict of interest. Justice Lang did not do this.

Kari Klassen did not just accuse Robert Lang of being biased. She detailed an example of his bias in her letter. It was not the rule of law on Robert Lang’s mind. He was so involved in conducting his corrupt court proceedings that he was unable to see who was in his court. It was not Angie Geworsky, it was Kari Klassen.

Justice Lang is not very good at conducting corrupt court proceedings. It is understandable why he would want to hear the Holgate v Kari Klassen matter after Wilfred Hathway, with help from Richard Klassen and Angie Geworsky made him and Robert Kennedy look like the fools they are at the Hathway hearing.

Robert Lang knows the lawyers will stay silent. The last time that Edward Holgate tried to say that the court was a travesty of justice he was told by a court of appeal judge, “sit down, shut-up, and do not say another word”. This happened during the Johanna Lucas appeal of the judgement of the undisputed master of corrupt court proceeding, common thief and blackmailer, Justice Paul Hrabinsky.

A further complaint to the Canadian Judicial Council would be a waste of time and money. Justice Lang knows there is no accountability.

SASKATOON - The first-degree murder trial of Wilfrid Hathway has been postponed to next Monday. Court of Queen's Bench Justice Gerald Albright sent potential jurors who had arrived for jury selection Monday morning home and told them to return again next week. Hathway, 48, is accused in the 1998 stabbing death of his 84-year-old rooming house landlord, Denver Crawford, in Saskatoon. Hathway was arrested by Kamloops RCMP in 2004.

Why is everyone so silent about Justice Robert Lang taking charge of the Holgate v. Klassen hearing? Mr Lang can not deny that he had a serious conflict of interest. Everyone knows that. Kari Klassen’s husband reported justice Lang to the Canadian Judicial Council. It looks like he intended to get even with her husband Richard Klassen and Angie Geworsky. Dystonia: More RCMP Taser Abuse in Canada

Just like many other people in Canada who have been witness to police brutality, Mr Dempsey, was arrested after he intervened when the RCMP arrested his friend Gene Lyne. A sad fact in Canada is that you will be arrested and charged if you are a victim of police misconduct. Intervening in a case of police misconduct is considered by the police to be a criminal offence in Canada.

Mr Dempsey had Torsion Dystonia, deep brain stimulator and was taking medication to control his shaking.

Deep brain stimulator is a surgical treatment where electrodes are implanted into the brain. A brain pacemaker sends electrical impulses to the implanted electrodes in the brain. The therapeutic benefits for people with Parkinson’s and Dystonia is well documented.

What is not well documented is the effect of being Tasered would have on someone with implanted electrodes in the brain. The deep brain stimulator was destroyed by the Taser. Mr Dempsey walked into traffic on one of BC’s main highways shortly after. What else was destroyed by the Taser?

All the charges against both men were later stayed or dismissed in court. Was this a result of a Crown prosecutor viewing the video tape?

Jamie Ashby, a lawyer filed a claim for damages on behalf of Gene Lyne and John Dempsey. Mr Ashby is reported as saying: "He's passed away so the case dies with him,"
Mr Ashby is continuing with the claim for Gene Lyne.

The law in Canada protects disclosure. Mr Ashby is now trying to prevent the distribution of the video tape that he gave to the press. This law may be good for lawyers who can use the disclosure as leverage to obtain a out of court settlement where the disclosure is sealed by the court. Pay out large sums of the tax payers money and allow the RCMP to continue abusing their power in Canada. This is not good for the RCMP’s next victim of abuse.

Give me a break. Look at the Supreme Court of Canada judgement in the Ross, Ross and White case with emphasis on the descending judgement in the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal. Look at your case Richard and the descending judgement in the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal.

Three judges of the Supreme Court of Canada look at the material filed and decide if leave to appeal is granted or denied. They are under no obligation to state their reasons. The Coram was : McLachlin / Fish / Rothstein. The Chief Justice was involved in the Ross, Ross and White Appeal. The other two judges joined the court after and have not been involved in the past judgements of The Supreme Court of Canada involving ritual child abuse, Brian Dueck and its related case R. v. Lucas.

Many people believe, myself included that The Supreme Court of Canada was just as involved in the cover-up of the ritual satanic child abuse cases in Saskatchewan as was Saskatchewan Justice and the judges of the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal. When McLachlin (R v Lucas) said that John Lucas himself said that the Thompson Papers were unbelievable, freedom of speech as I knew it, ended.

The Marlin Thompson Papers are the written disclosure of the Ross children that resulted in charges against the 16 people in the Baynton judgement. Ross, Ross and White was the first case heard in The Supreme Court of Canada involving the Saskatchewan Government/Justice self created scandal of sex with children.

The Thompson Papers are unbelievable. Detailing ritual child abuse in a manner that was sick, disgusting and not believable by anyone in their right mind. Marlin Thompson believed, Dueck believed, Miazga believed and sadly so did a large percentage of the people in Saskatoon and area. John Lucas did not.

I find the most disgusting details in the Thompson Papers is the rape of two 8 year old twin girls in the Thompson Foster home by their 10 year old Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder brother. The authorities must have been blinded by their flying cum resulting from their sick stories of sex with children. They knowingly left the Ross Twins in the Thompson home of horrors to be raped for four years and then this sick pack of nut cases blamed it all on a ten 10 year old child. The twin's brother was not the only one in need of medical help.

Is The Supreme Court of Canada going to ignore their past judgements? Chief Justice McLachlin will again place the court into disrepute in the eyes of the public if she does not excuse herself from the Dennis Kvello/Miazga appeal.

Miazga has his licence to practice law and has continued to prosecute cases in Saskatchewan with the blessing of Saskatchewan’s new government. The only licence he should have is a fishing licence. He may wish that he changed his defence to the truth, I was only following orders. We need another Sheila Steele.

We have a private group now that has obtained some land just north of Saskatoon on the riverbank. It's a Christian or religious-based organization, a group of churches in the city, that is trying to get something started. Again, it takes a million dollars, and that's hard to raise privately. I think our governments at all levels have really let down the people in this province."

It is shocking to read that in 2002 Superintendent Brian Dueck was actively engaged in organizing a drug treatment facility dedicated solely to young people. “We have a private group”. Is this the same group of religious fundamentalist feminist social workers who lead Brian Dueck around by the nose looking for children who they claimed were victims of a ritual satanic cult.

A mixture of Heterophobia, radical feminist anger and radical religious fundamentalist stupidly resulted in the Saskatchewan Satanic child abuse hysteria. Take the control and power away from these women and they would be mentally unstable.

This would explain why no women’s origination’s came to the aid of Johanna Lucas. There is only one site on the web that is speaking for real women in Canada.

The fact that these sick women were able to gain the support of radical religious fundamentalist police officers, judges and prosecutors to do their dirty work for them comes as no surprise when one looks at Saskatchewan’s political and judicial history of appointing incompetent religious fools to the courts. Take the control and power away from these insecure police officers, judges and prosecutors and they would all start stuttering again.

One need to look at the motives of these do good people after what happened to the Ross children and Johanna Lucas. Without a inquiry into the Satanic child abuse cover-up and the jailing of Johanna Lucas it is no longer a question of it happening again, it has happened again to the Vopni family and the judges of The Saskatchewan Court of Appeal have again abused the trust of the people by protecting a corrupt administration of justice.

The very idea that children who are wards of the court would be placed into the complete control of these religious sexual perverts calling themselves a “Christian or religious-based organization” needs to end in Saskatchewan. Remove these women from social service and the radical religious fundamentalist judges from Saskatchewan courts. Child wards of the courts are still at risk in Saskatchewan. It is not “our governments at all levels have really let down the people in this province” it is the silent honest judges who watched and did nothing.

As for the “Non-Medical Use of Drugs”, the internet is looking more like a law enforcement and organized crime turf war.
